If you live in Los Angeles, it sometimes feels like you have a permanent case of deja vu, that feeling that you've seen it all before - and you probably have. When I lived there, I regularly passed a donut shop that was in so many television shows it needed its own star on the Walk of Fame and it doesn't stop there.
