We're not sure whether so much fright is good for you, but if you went to all the places in our guide to Halloween in California, it could keep you terrified for the whole month.

We made a list of top frights in California last month and asked what you like best. After a month of voting, Disneyland at Halloween leads the pack, with 36% of the votes. The park gets decorated in a holiday theme and they also host Mickey's Halloween Party, the only time adults can wear costumes in the park. It's the cheapest way you'll find to spend up to 7 hours at Disneyland, too - but plan ahead - they often sell out.
