Monterey County Nude Beaches
In Monterey County, the coastal cliffs relent and there are easily accessible beaches, most of them reached by a hike across the sand dunes. During the summer, the California coast is often foggy. If you find one of these beaches shrouded in fog, try another. Within an hour on the same day, I found North Marina Beach foggy and cold, while Garrapata was sunny.

I have been unable to find any information about county nudity laws, but some Monterey County nude beach locations are in state parks, which have different regulations.
