Balboa Bar

Balboa Island is the largest in the bay and the area's commercial center. Two stands on the main street vie for the title of first to create a chocolate-covered, frozen banana, but only one has the original Balboa Bar - ice cream on a stick, hand-dipped in chocolate and rolled in your selected covering.
