The park includes three separate missions, including the two oldest missions in Arizona:- San Jose de Tumacacori, established 1691
- Los Santos Angeles de Buevavi missions, established in 1691
- San Cayetano de Calabazas established 1756.
In addition to the missions, the park offers hiking, nature walks and birdwatching.
