Nudity Laws and Muir Beach

In 2009 and 2010, a controversy broke out over nude use of Muir Beach was reported in the San Francisco Bay Guardian, but the bottom line is that clothing optional use continues at Muir beach without any recent arrests, as long as sexual conduct is avoided.
