Fanshell Overlook and Cypress Point Lookout (where this photo was taken) are favored spots for mother harbor seals to deliver their babies. These three are adults, but during pupping season (April 1 to June 1), Fanshell Overlook and Cypress Point are both closed to give the little ones and their mothers some much-needed quiet.
