Free tasting is almost unheard-of at Napa Valley wineries these and every the list grows smaller with time. If free wine tasting is what you're looking for, you may be better off to head for Sonoma instead, where almost half the tasting rooms don't charge a fee. Wine Tasting Discounts
- Downtown Napa Wine Tasting: Not quite free, but it's close. Buy a Taste Napa Downtown card, and taste for 10 cents a glass at any of several downtown Napa tasting rooms.
- You can also get some Wine tasting coupons, which offer two-for-one or other discounts.
