Dolphin Bay is a beautiful property in an even more beautiful setting. The one- and two- bedroom condo-style accommodations start at 900 square feet, giving plenty of room to spread out and relax without getting in each other's way.
The rooms have all the amenities you'd expect in high-end lodging: high thread-count linens, plasma TV with a DVD player and stereo system and so on, but there's more than you'd get in a traditional hotel, including a washer and dryer and full kitchen.
It would have been easy to cook dinner if we'd wanted to. We opted to dine in the Lido Restaurant instead, where the menu items are interesting and the food delicious. Every item on the menu here can be ordered in small or large size, allowing each diner to choose the amount and combination of dishes that pleases them, a plan we wish more restaurants would emulate.
