Days fall into a rhythm of active mornings and pampering afternoons. Everyone adapts the printed schedules to their own needs. The triathlete runs the morning hike and spends six hours a day working out, while others choose to skip all the activity, take in some sun on their room's balcony and enjoy the spa to the fullest.
"It's YOUR vacation," the staff says repeatedly, and we should do what we want, they continue. Getting absorbed in writing this for you, I miss a Sports Conditioning class and am happy to find that the fitness police do not come knocking on the door, nor does anyone seem to mind.
