There are two campgrounds at Cuyamaca Rancho State Park: Paso Picacho (5,000 feet elevation) and Green Valley (4,000 feet), about 5 miles apart. The park is 15 miles South of quaint Historical town of Julian.

Not allowed on the trails, in the meadows or at the falls.
On leash they may be walked on Cuyamaca Peak Fire road.
Reservations:
