These campsites are basically parallel-parking spaces between the road and the ocean. The ones at the south end are nicest. Near the north end, a cement wall partly obscures the view. There's no beach, just big rocks along the water, but the views are excellent.
The campground is located between the ocean and the railroad track. This is an active railroad and you can expect several trains to pass every day.
Hobson Park is between Ventura and Santa Barbara. Exit U.S. Hwy 101 at the Seacliff exit. Turn right and follow the road to the camping area, which is easy to find.
