Yosemite Chefs' Holidays
Three-day sessions held in January and February at the Ahwahnee Hotel feature up-and-coming chefs and give you a chance to see them do their stuff and collect a few recipes. The accompanying Gala Dinner is an option if you'd rather just eat than learn how to cook.
