Tamarack Flat Campground is on Tioga Road (Hwy 120) about 45 minutes North of Yosemite Valley.

- Capacity: 52 sites, maximum of 6 people per campsite
- Elevation: 6,300 feet (1,900 meters)

- 6 vault toilets
- Showers in Yosemite Valley at Curry Village and Housekeeping Camp
- No potable water (bring a container to carry water from stream to your site, and treat water by boiling, filtering or using Iodine)
- Small grocery store at Crane Flat
- Picnic table
- Fire ring
- Bear-proof locker
