Choosing a Las Vegas Limousine Company

If you're thinking of renting a limousine while you're in Las Vegas, you're probably going to spend quite a bit of money on it. Chances are, you may also be renting it for a special occasion. To be sure you avoid ugly surprises and get the most for your money, we've compiled a list of things you should think about.

Things You Should Know

  • Most limousine companies require a three-hour minimum rental.

Questions About the Limousine Company

  • How many years has the company been in business?
  • Do they have liability insurance?

Questions About the Vehicles

  • What types of vehicles do they rent? Not all companies calling themselves "limousine" companies rent what you may think of as a limo (that being a stretced vehicle of some sort)
  • How many vehicles do they own, and how old are they?
  • How many people will each vehicle hold?
  • What colors of vehicles are available?
  • Will there be a backup vehicle in case of an emergency?
  • Can you bring alcohol and/or food into the limousine?
  • What amenities are included (CD player, TV)?

Questions About the Price

  • What is the price?
  • How many hours does the price include?
  • What about extra hours?
  • Is the driver's grautity included in the price quoted? If not, how much is it?
  • Are there any other charges, such as tax, tolls, parking or fuel surcharges?
  • What is the cancellation policy? Are there cancellation charges?
  • What forms of payment do you accept? When do I have to pay?
