Fun Facts About the Tiki Room
The Enchanted Tiki Room opened 1963. The title song was written by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman, who also wrote the scores for the films "Mary Poppins" and "The Jungle Book."
Jose the Macaw once sat over the entrance to Adventureland, but the crowds who stopped to watch created so much congestion that they had to remove him.
Accessiblity
If you're in a wheelchair, go to the entrance and ask a cast member for help. Assisted Listening devices are available at City Hall.
