Past Highland Avenue at 6838 Hollywood Boulevard is the El Capitan Theater (built in 1928) and the Disney Soda Fountain next door. Both are owned by Disney, and the theatre shows first runs of their newest films, making it a great place to take the kids. It has a lovely, restored box office and interior.
