After leaving Pink's, turn right on Melrose, then left onto Fairfax Avenue. You'll see CBS on the left just before you reach the Farmers Market, but if you're going to the box office, turn left on Beverly Blvd.
There aren't any public tours of this facility, but if you're interested in seeing a television show being recorded, you can get into a studio audience. Hollywood Squares and The Price is Right are both filmed at this CBS facility, as are occasional sitcoms and late night talk shows.
If you're just curious how it all works and don't care which program you watch, walk up to the studio ticket office (near the corner of Beverly and Fairfax) and you may be able to get tickets right away. The ticket window is open weekdays and on weekends if shows are being filmed.
When the David Letterman Show comes to the West Coast, it's filmed here, but you have to plan far ahead to get in.
