Since 1922, Angelenos have been enjoying summer concerts in the Hollywood Bowl, the largest natural outdoor amphitheater in the United States. It's a beautiful setting, and even though it's in the middle of a busy city, you'll barely know it.
Hollywood Bowl concerts are one of Southern California's iconic events, and one of the most pleasant ways to spend a summer evening. The ambiance is laid-back and sophisticated, more like the Los Angeles Philharmonic (who perform here in summer) than a rock concert.
