If you want to visit the Hollywood sign on this tour, follow Hollywood Blvd. west from Hollyhock House to US Hwy 101, then take 101 north to the Barham Blvd. exit. Turn right onto Lake Hollywood Drive and follow it around the water until you reach Tahoe Drive. Veer left onto it, then right on Canyon Lake up the hill. This is the closest you can get to the sign by automobile.
To get to Warner Bros Studios from the sign, reverse your route, go back on Lake Hollywood Drive to Barham Blvd and turn right.
