Autumn Pictures: Fall Foliage in California

These autumn pictures were taken in October, 2005, when the fall foliage was at its peak along the June Lake Loop, east of Yosemite National Park in the Sierras. This is one of the best places in the state to enjoy fall foliage, with colorful aspen trees growing on the eastern slopes of the mountains.
