Harrassment by Lifeguards and Rangers
- We're in a peaceful, lovely beach in Gaviota. We know each other and respect each other. Every weekend a park ranger or life guard comes to our beach in search of "illegal activities". We're all fine. The harrassment has to stop. They are coming each weekend with threatening language, citations, and generally taking away the peace we seek at the beach. This must stop.
